Aunque sus funciones ya se ven\u00edan ejecutando desde 2021, esta iniciativa queda oficializada mediante el Decreto 382-25, con base en el art\u00edculo 14 de la Ley 10-07.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde su puesta en funcionamiento, la Unidad Antifraude ha fortalecido su rol t\u00e9cnico y preventivo dentro de la Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica. Entre 2020 y 2024, ha realizado 368 colaboraciones con la Procuradur\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (PGR), contribuyendo en investigaciones clave contra la corrupci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, ha ejecutado 31 acciones preventivas orientadas a evitar irregularidades en el uso de recursos p\u00fablicos, as\u00ed como 20 an\u00e1lisis financieros forenses que permitieron rastrear operaciones sospechosas dentro de distintas instituciones estatales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese mismo per\u00edodo, la unidad tambi\u00e9n proces\u00f3 72 an\u00e1lisis de denuncias recibidas, canalizadas principalmente a trav\u00e9s de mecanismos ciudadanos y auditor\u00edas internas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ENFRENTAN IMPORTANTES CASOS CORRUPCION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abinader destac\u00f3 que su gesti\u00f3n ha enfrentado importantes casos de corrupci\u00f3n, varios de los cuales ocurrieron durante su mandato.
